| Nokia launched a new mobile phone , the new Nokia
6212 classic. The phone has a classic candy bar form , and one of the
intereting things about it , is that it can support the NFC wireless
technology (Near Field Communication). It's similar to Bluetooth ,
just that NFC can be stored in a smaller size and less power consuming
devices, at the same time effective distance gets shorter and confidential
data more secure. However this phone does not lack Bluetooth support.
The shipments of Nokia 6212 classic to Europe and
Asia are scheduled for 3Q 08 at €200.
